Wapato Point Cellars - Red Delicious

We spent the weekend in Wenatchee celebrating my Mom's birthday and stumbled upon a DELICIOUS wine - Wapato Point Cellars, Red Delicious 2005. The Cellar's website says:

A Wapato Point Cellars Signature Wine! It’s red. It’s delicious. It’s a tribute to the many apple orchards in the Lake Chelan Valley. A delicious red for any occasion. Aromatics burst with a smooth oak and woody character, while the balance of fruit to oak is superb. Plum and red cherry flavors abound. This wine is well balanced and finishes with mouth watering acidity and plenty of tannins. This robust red wine has cellaring potential for four to eight years. Pair this food-friendly wine with roasted beef and a rich demi glace.26% Sangiovese, 69% Syrah, 5% Merlot
