Anyhow, I would show you pictures to prove 1) we were there and 2) she sang...but they are all blurry. I choose to think that Mike was so emotionally wrapped up in the beauty of the moment that he couldn't focus (this sounds way better than operator error)!

Emily's Winter Program
Prairie View held its second annual "Holiday Tapestry of Traditions" on Monday. As parents we get so excited for this kind of thing as we have heard our kiddos (kiddo in our case) roam around the house singing snipits of songs..."seven days of Kwanza, seven ways to celebrate." Then they take the stage and 30 seconds later...they are off. Wow - that was fast! Two songs and gone...all that practice and you think they could at least stay on stage a little longer!!!
So, we have pictures of Emily's contribution to Mrs. Smith's Tapestry of Tradition for your viewing pleasure and yes the upclose is blurring too - so maybe my camera man had been partaking in the drink! And by the way, Em has decided to jump from printing to cursive...you be the judge, but I personally think we have some work to do on both fronts!
